Cambridge English Certification Programme – With a view to improving Business English Communication (Spoken, Written, Listening as well as Reading), ASBM offers Cambridge Business English Certification to all PGDM students. The aim of this Certification is to build and facilitate basic business English communication among PGDM students, as well as to enable self-assessment of the level each student is at. The training for the same is spread across 39 hours which eventually culminates in a certification program conducted by Cambridge UK, basis which each student is given a certificate specifying the level at which he or she is at.
NISM Capital Market Program – In order to make the students industry ready, and for them to inculcate in depth understanding about the working of Capital Markets, PGDM students are offered a 18 hours training about the different aspects of different financial products, factors impacting movement of shares and the basics of trading in the share market. The students undergo training from experts from National Institute of Securities Market (NISM). The students undergo 24 hours training on basics of capital market, followed by a 6 hours Simulation Training on BSE- BOLT (Trading Software) in NISM Vashi.
Microsoft Advance Excel Certification Program – With a view of making students proficient in Excel skills, the institute offers Microsoft Certification in Advance Excel. The course covers Microsoft Excel training from Beginner to Advanced covering most common Excel functions used in the Office. The course covers training on large sets of Excel data in a list or table, use of dynamic formulas with IF, VLOOKUP, etc. functions and many more, while introduction to automation of day to day tasks through Macros and VBA. The training is concluded with examination on the same followed by a certification by Microsoft for all the eligible students.
